Potato pancakes

✨ Short description (for announcement): Draniki are a traditional Belarusian dish made from grated potatoes, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are served with sour cream, herbs, or even with a meat filling. Simple, hearty, and very delicious! 🥔 Ingredients (for 3–4 servings): Potatoes - 6-7 pcs. (medium) Onion - 1 pc. Egg - 1 pc. Flour - 2 tbsp. Salt to taste Pepper to taste Vegetable oil - for frying 👩‍🍳 Preparation: Prepare the potatoes. Peel and grate it on a fine or medium grater. Squeeze out any excess juice. Add the ingredients. Stir grated onion, egg, flour, salt, and pepper into the potato mixture. Mix well. Frying. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Spoon the potato mixture onto the pan, forming small patties. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve. Place the prepared draniki on a paper towel to remove excess oil. It is best to serve them hot with sour cream. Draniki can be prepared not only in the classic way: try adding a little garlic, herbs, or cheese for a new taste.
