Anweisungen
Heizen Sie zunächst den Ofen auf 175 °C (350 °F) vor und fetten und mehlen Sie eine Backform (ca. 23x33 cm) sorgfältig ein, damit sich der Kuchen später perfekt lösen lässt.
In einer großen Schüssel Eier, Öl, weißen Zucker und braunen Zucker verquirlen, bis die Mischung schön glatt ist. Dann vorsichtig Pekannüsse, Mehl und Vanille unterrühren, bis alles gerade so vermengt ist.
Gießen Sie den Teig in die vorbereitete Backform und verteilen Sie ihn gleichmäßig, um ein gleichmäßiges Backergebnis zu erzielen.
30 bis 35 Minuten backen, bis die Oberseite goldbraun ist und ein in die Mitte gestecktes Stäbchen sauber herauskommt – Ihre Küche wird herrlich duften!
Lassen Sie den Kuchen 10 Minuten auf einem Kuchengitter ruhen, damit er fest wird. Stürzen Sie ihn dann vorsichtig auf eine Platte und lassen Sie ihn vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie Ihre köstliche hausgemachte Leckerei genießen.
