Classic lasagna - 40 minutes to assemble

Ingredients (for 6 servings)

Lasagna sheets— 12 pcs. (do not boil!)

Minced meat— 500 g (pork + beef mixture)

Tomato paste— 3 tbsp.

Canned tomatoes— 800 g

Garlic— 2 cloves

Oregano, basil— 1 tsp.

Salt, pepper— to taste

Ricotta— 400 g

Mozzarella— 200 g (diced)

Parmesan— 100 g (grated)

Béchamel— 500 ml (or substitute: 2 tbsp flour + 500 ml milk + 30 g butter)

🔪How to assemble

Sauce: Fry the minced meat with garlic → add tomato paste, tomatoes, spices → simmer for 15 min.

Béchamel: Melt butter → add flour → pour in milk → cook until thickened.

Assembly(in the form of 20x30 cm):
— Sauce layer →
— 3 sheets of lasagna →
— Ricotta layer →
— Layer of mozzarella and parmesan →
— Repeat: 3–4 layers.
— Top —sauce + lots of parmesan.

Bakeat 180°C —30–35 min, until it's golden on top.

Let it rest for 10 min— before cutting!
