Classic Lasagna

Classic lasagna - 40 minutes to assemble ✅ Ingredients (for 6 servings) Lasagna sheets — 12 pcs. (do not boil!) Minced meat — 500 g (pork + beef mixture) Tomato paste — 3 tbsp. Canned tomatoes — 800 g Garlic — 2 cloves Oregano, basil — 1 tsp. Salt, pepper — to taste Ricotta — 400 g Mozzarella — 200 g (diced) Parmesan — 100 g (grated) Béchamel — 500 ml (or substitute: 2 tbsp flour + 500 ml milk + 30 g butter) 🔪 How to assemble Sauce : Fry the minced meat with garlic → add tomato paste, tomatoes, spices → simmer for 15 min. Béchamel : Melt butter → add flour → pour in milk → cook until thickened. Assembly (in the form of 20x30 cm): — Sauce layer → — 3 sheets of lasagna → — Ricotta layer → — Layer of mozzarella and parmesan → — Repeat: 3–4 layers. — Top — sauce + lots of parmesan . Bake at 180°C — 30–35 min , until it's golden on top. Let it rest for 10 min — before cutting! 🔥 Done. Enjoy. No pre-boiling. Just layers, heat, and flavor. 🍝
