Pizza Margherita - in 30 minutes

Ingredients (for 1 pizza)

Test— 250 g (store-bought or homemade)

San Marzano tomatoes— 4 tbsp (mash with a fork)

Fresh mozzarella— 150 g (torn by hand)

Fresh basil— 6–8 leaves

Olive oil— 1 tbsp.

Salt— a pinch

🚫 No garlic, oregano, sugar - only 4 ingredients + basil.

🔪How to make

Preheat the oven to the maximum(250–270°C).
If you have a stone/pan, put it inside for 30 minutes.

Roll out the doughthin (up to 30 cm) - edges are slightly thicker.

Place on a baking sheet or parchment paper.

Distribute the tomatoes evenly— no more than 4 tbsp.

Lay out the mozzarella pieces— do not overload.

Drizzle with olive oil, salt it.

Bake 8–12 min, until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Immediately after taking it out of the oven— lay out the basil.

✅ Done. Serve hot.

💡Secret: Basil —only after baking. Otherwise it turns black.

🍕Taste: fresh, simple, incredibly aromatic.
This is not pizza - it's Italy on dough.
