Moist Banana Bread
Perfect way to use overripe bananas

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar (can reduce to 1/2 cup if preferred)
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, then stir in the flour until just combined (do not overmix).
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tip:
Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
