Perfect Guacamole
Fresh and creamy avocado

Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
1 small onion, finely chopped
1–2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 jalapeño or chili pepper, finely chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth but slightly chunky.
Add onion, tomatoes, chili pepper, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro.
Mix gently until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tacos, or as a side dish.
Tip:
Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the guacamole surface to prevent browning if not serving right away.
