Salt - a pinch Cinnamon - ½ tsp (optional) Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp. Raisins or nuts - 50 g (to taste) 🔪 Preparation Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla sugar, stir. Stir in the grated carrot. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon into the carrot mixture. If desired, add raisins or chopped nuts.
